A series of images taken during a 2 week period when I was in Japan. It doesn't showcase any social issues or heart wrenching stories. But simply a reality of the false reality we thrive on.

Over the years, Sualkuchi has developed as the silk weaving village of Assam. This particular series is a documentation of the work carried out by a local NGO that manufactures silk textiles right from sericulture & dyeing to weaving the most beautiful finished products.
